About the role & your impact
As an Account Manager, you are the central interface between our clients, candidates of our program and almost all teams (inter)nationally. This gives you a very diverse environment with insight into all parts of the journey our nurses go through from application for our program to successful integration as a recognized nurse in a hospital in Germany.

Skills you bring to the table
Must-Have:
- First experience in account management, customer contact and/or project management
- Initial experience in project management
- Structured way of working, very good coordination and organizational skills
- Initiative, openness and empathy, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- High degree of willingness to travel, as well as fluency in German and English
Nice-to-have:
- Enthusiasm for healthcare, migration and human resources
- Ideally previous experience in the healthcare sector
- Experience in the support of key accounts
