About the role & your impact
As an intern in the integration team, you will support us in administrative tasks so that our candidates can have as pleasant an entry into Germany as possible. As part of your work you will:
- pick up our candidates from the airport and accompany them on their first steps in Germany
- support us with administrative tasks
- travel throughout Germany to welcome our candidates in their future hometown
- support our candidates with their appointments at the residents' registration office, opening a bank account and receiving SIM-cards
- get to know new culturesservice providers

Skills you bring to the table
Must-Have:
- Structured way of working and good organizational skills
- You are independent, communicative and open-minded
- You are proficent with Microsoft office progams (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- You are fluent in German and have a good understanding of English
- driver's license
Nice-to-have:
- Initial experience in integration management
- Enthusiasm for healthcare, migration and human resources
- Further language skills
